Forms may be picked up and dropped off at City Hall or printed from the website and mailed in.

This medical release form is required for all Spring 2012 players and replaces previous form.

Webster Area Spring Registration is closed. Check frequently for game scheduling and updates. The spring 2012 Soccer Season will begin April 16, Coaches will contact players for initial practice schedules.

Coach and Player Soccer Clinic with South Dakota Soccer Expert Frank Gurnick. Plan to attend this excellent event, more details to follow. Clinic will be held at the Webster Armory.
