Concession Committee - Need Key
- Concession Binder is in the Soccer Building
- Get Team List from Registrar
- Get Game Schedule from Scheduler
- Set up food and beverage donations
- Get worker list from Registrar to set up workers for game day
- Clean Concession are prior to start of season and at the end of season
- Order any food that is not donated
- Return ordered food is applicable at the end of season
- Check supplies and replenish as needed - charge accounts are at Mikes, Alco, Hardware Hank
- Check paper towels, soap, bathroom tissue - Scott Sjurson will usually order these for Soccer if you give him the list - let board know what is needed
- Put schedules on Bulletin Board and also on the website (find out who it taking care of website)
- Empty all garbage cans in the building, close u and leave in the building - city will pick it up
- Put trash bags in the Green Mesh - white garbage cans outside and empty them at the end of game day put them in building also city will pick up
- Take Worker Schedule to Great Western Bank for Marty - also give them a key for the building to leave in the money bag

Equipment Committee - Need Key
- Get a Team List/Coaches from Registrar
- Equipment binder is in the Soccer Building - listed is each team tote and bag and its contents
- Set the date for Equipment Check out and Equipment Check in for each season
- At Check In - Inventory all totes and bags - Coaches need to stay until Inventory has been taken - Coaches need to track down any missing inventory (Jerseys, Balls, Cones, etc...)
- Replace Used items - replenish First Aid Kit etc.
- Do this at Equipment Check in - then the totes and bags will be ready for the next season check out
- Check the Coaches Binders for all Material listed in the Equipment Binder - replenish as needed - if you need more copies go to City Hall and ask them if they can make copies and how many - give them a couple days to get this done - go over the Team Binder with each Coach upon Check Out
- When supplies are running short - contact the Board with a list of what is needed work with the Treasurer and President on how to pay for these items.
- Catalogs are in the equipment binder or go online and look for equipment (Score, Sater Soccer, Fold N Goal) all examples
- After Fall Season - remove team lists, schedules, med release sheet and throw away. If there are individual Med Release Forms do not throw them away - remove them from the binder and place them in the Equipment Binder.

- Put up and take down Soccer Signs at Casey's and Highway 12
- Set up and take down Umbrellas on Tables (if it is very windy do not put out umbrellas)
- Put out Spectator/Parent Signs if they haven't been left out - take them in if needed

- Get Team lists from Registrar
- Determine how many teams for each age group
- Work with Registrar and President to set up games for U6 and U8
- Contact other towns about teams and games for U10, U12, U14 - contact list in binder
- Set up calendar with the board and possibly Coaches for all games
- Ask City Hall to make copies of game schedules - give them plenty of time to do this
- Give Referee coordinator game schedule
- Give Game Schedule to Concession Committee
- Get Game Schedule to Website Coordinator

- Chair - set date to put on nets and take down nets for each season
- Check supplies for nets - cable ties - if needed we get them from Hardware Hank
- Ladders - 2 in the Soccer Building to use - ask helpers to bring one along makes it go faster
- Duct tape is the center - top of the net
- Check the nets for holes that need to be repaired and inform the Board if new nets need to be purchased (Sator, Soccer, Score, Fold N Goal) there are catalogs in Equipment binder and you can also go online
- When ordering Nets be sure to order nets with Depth (ex. U12 field 8x24x4x8) would be the size, and also order at least 3mm or 4mm
- Check the nets throughout the season, cable ties do come loose and also check the fields for any debris or problems
- Let the City (Scott Sjurson) know when the season starts and ends for painting fields - the city will paint if you ask them - don't just assume they will do it or that it is their job - they do it as a courtesy for Soccer
- Check the Corner Field Flags - if orange triangles are faded replace them from equipment tote.
- Put out spectator and parent wires these can be put out and left out if they are easily movable for the city to mow.

- Set up Referee Classes in Webster (January and June or July)
- Contact Tom Hilsendeger from Aberdeen - he will help you get classes set up
- Recruit for Referees, School, Paper, email, chamber
- Get a Game Schedule from scheduler and assign Referees and make schedule for Refs
- Referees and AR's should have proper attire - help them to acquire these items
- Meet with Referees and explain the procedure of getting the fields ready for play and where their game sheets go and extra equipment if needed
- Collect Referee game sheets and calculate how much each Referee gets paid and present this to the Board/Treasurer

- Registration Form, Med Release Form ready for Season
- Copies made at City Hall
- Forms on Website
- Registration Night-check for Med Release Forms and Birth Certificates on File
- Fall every player has to have a new Med Release Form filled out and signed
- Tell Coaches about on-line Disclosure form that has to be done right away in the fall - new coaches in the spring
- Enter all players and set up teams with board in League One
- Print off Med Release for each team, Jersey print out, Team Contact List for each Coach/Team Binder
- Have copies made of team contact list for each family on team (some have to have 2 because of split families)
- Alternate team names - so the same equipment is not being used all the time
